I just wanted to share our sucess again this year with our Putt-A-Thon for the Jimmy Fund. We gave a check today for $42,000 and that is not counting the silent auction and other money collected today! Although we are a little water logged from playing in the rain, I am so happy to see us pass our goal again even with the state of he economy. Thank you for buying the bracelets and bookmarks for it. Fighting cancer means so much to me and I appreciated it. Mahalo sistah! Chrissy

Aloha! My name is Alina. I’m self-employed and work from home in commercial real estate. I’m a single mom of a 15 yr old son. Evan was the center of my world until last summer when he started trying out his wings, and I had to let him fly. He still flies back to me once and again. He’s out with his friends ALL THE TIME, but I know he still lives here because his clothes are still here! lol! We are going to Kona over spring break. I figured this way I’ll see him for sure! lol! Although I’ve been to Hawaii before, it’s been a while and have never been to the Big Island. I am also a dog lover, as in canine lover, hence the user name. We even have DOGOPOLY! The canine version of MONOPOLY! Anyway, I have always had a dog, ever since I can remember. We just got a new Christmas puppy the day after we moved into our new home December 23rd! He’s a real cutie and has a really sweet disposition. His name is Buddy but I call him “Brah”! I LOVE watching my favorite show – Dog The Bounty Hunter and my faves are Dog and Beth. Leland and Duane Lee come in a close second. I clearly remember the day – that ominous day, in September of ‘06 … when I heard the news of the arrest – it shook my world! I was stunned … mortified! I went numb! I immediately joined the fan club to help in any way that I could. A few months later in January I received an invitation via email to join The Official Dog The Bounty Hunter Fan Forum!, now the message board, joined right away, then made it my mission to free Duane, Tim and Leland. My life changed drastically. We dreamed, lived, and breathed “The Fight For Freedom”. Finally… as I was getting ready to see Dog at the Speaking Engagement in Peoria last summer, we got the word ... Viva La Mexico! All charges dropped! I cried like a baby – pent up tears of relief! All the hard work and perseverance by the Freedom Fighters, The Fan Club Members and the rest of the fans prevailed! As Dog had said – “Truth and Justice has to prevail” – and it did! Victory was sweet … finally, The Chapmans could breathe … finally they could sleep at night! But peace was short-lived. The National Enquirer/A&E nightmare reared it’s ugly head! The next fight began .. We embarked on The Pineapple Campaign, the attack on A&E and it’s sponsors and ended up flying to NYC for the rally. The weather was nasty and the police detective who issued our permit was surprised we would go on with the rally, but we wouldn’t let bad weather stop us! Dog and the Chapmans depended on us! Even though we were a small group, shortly after we began, limos began pulling up in front of the A&E Building and began piling in “suits”, one after the other, not to return for the rest of the day! It was too funny! After it was over, we found out about the mayhem the rest of the fans caused on the inside! A&E couldn’t control the chaos! It was awesome! I was so juiced! I was sure they would put the show back on the next day but no … so now we wait. I’m sure DTBH will be back … it’s only a matter of when. : ) All I can say is thank goodness for DVDs! Anyway, the forum/message board has evolved into this amazing site that blows me away! Where else can you chat with Beth, Dog, Leland and Duane Lee, not to mention the most loyal, good-hearted, warmest and friendliest DTBH fans anywhere – bar none?! I feel privileged and honored to be a member of this Club/Site. I treasure the friends I’ve made here and look forward to making many new ones! Aloha and mahalo!
