Praying

April 23, 2008

My best friend is in the hospital. She has blood clots in her left leg and in each lung. She was also told she has cancer and only has a year to live. She needs all the prayer she can get. We who are taking care of her and love her need it as well. PLEASE! This is truly the hardest thing I have ever gone through. Her name is Deborah

My friend died 4/28/08 of cancer

    Sorry about that. My dads former girlfriend also passed away from lung cancer and cancer growth in her leg. It was very hard for him to go though and her family. She was a girlfriend of 14 years. On the bright side of it all my dad quit smoking cold turkey. You are not alone, here we are like one great big family.

    I am so sorry about your loss. I too know how difficult it is to watch someone you love lose the battle to this awful disease. With my father's passing we have now started a mini golf putt-a-thon fundraiser for the Jimmy Fund at Dana Farber for cancer research. The outpouring from our community has been amazing the last 4 years. This year we raised $42,000 and are just so proud. I am praying for your healing and know your friend will always be with you.     I am so sorry for what your friend, Deborah, is going through! As well as you and her friends and family. I will keep Deborah in my prayers. Remember that GOD lives inside of all of us through our souls, so your Deborah will never be alone. GOD will be with her each step of the way. GOD Bless you all, Jen
