Dog the Bounty Hunter

I am a mother of an adopted child from Guatemala. The government here and there are really slacking on the advocacy of the childrens rights. I am looking for any and all help. If you could email your congress person or state reps and beg for them to get involved in the hague mess that surrounds Guatemala I would so appriciate it. My cousin who is in the process of adopting a little girl just found out that the baby they are waiting on has been taken and given to a lady who claims to be her birthmother. They don't know if little "A" will ever come home to America or even where she is right now. Please see it in your hearts to help me out on this. Thanks so much!
