Dog the Bounty Hunter

I am not sure how the blog bit works or what to put on which bit.

If anyone can tell an not very technical person which bit is whicy it would be really helpful. The kids told me the blog is the chat bit but I don't knwo what it means on here when it says 'lead' and 'post'. I am not sure where it ends up either, is it on my page or in the general pages?? Ta x
