We owe it to ourselves to consider the words of the Bible: “Keep me safe, O God, for in You I take refuge. . . .     Hi Everyone! This past Wed. night was just wonderful-seeing The Chapman family from 2004 all the way up to the present-How much I've learned from my extended Family!!!!     My Dear Friends, Tonight I am in some pain-I have Crohns' Disease- and I'm having a flare up-so I can't really think straight with all the meds I'm taking-no worries-I will be OK! tomorrow-I'm sure-but in the meantime- Life is short. Break the rules. Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly. Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile. Have a Great Week-end!!!!! Love Karen
