    Go into the “Update your site” section. Once there, go into “Settings.” At the bottom of that page you will see 2 places to upload pics. One is “Site Picture” and the other is “Site Header.” The site header is the large one at the top of a persons blog page. On mine, it’s the close-up of Hermiones eyes. I had a hell of a time getting mine the way I wanted it! At first, the site cropped it so all you saw was her ears. So, I cropped the picture on my computer and then the site cropped it so all you saw was her nose! I finally figured out that I should crop the picture exactly the way I wanted it. I cropped in on her eyes, making sure it was much wider then long. It worked!
